Call to discuss Fee Schedules. There is a standard "New patient" fee that includes one follow-up counseling session after testing. *An appointment reservation deposit ($150) is required at booking and is refundable for cancellation made 24 hrs prior.

When Services are paid for by a Government or Commercial Medical Insurance Provider, they have the right to view your Genetic testing results. *By directly paying for our services, you retain complete control over who can view your genetic code.
